Click and Collect
Click and Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of your own home and being able to pick up your garment from our store at your convenience. We will notify you by email when your order is in store and ready to be collected. No more missed couriers! Shipping
Shipping in New Zealand
We will ship anywhere within New Zealand.
All orders up to $50.00 cost $10.00 for standard delivery, and $13.50 for Rural delivery.
For orders over $50.00 our standard Auckland Metro deliveries cost $13.00, and for standard North Island deliveries the cost is $16.00. For standard South Island deliveries the cost is $23.00.
For Rural deliveries there is a surcharge of $3.50 – so Auckland Rural Deliveries are $16.50, North Island Rural Deliveries are $19.50 and South Island Rural deliveries are $26.50.
Shipping to Australia
We now ship to Australia – starting from $36.00. The price for shipping will be dependent on value and service chosen. Keep in mind Australian Customs may charge you Duty and GST for purchases over a certain value.
Shipping to other International countries
We are happy to ship to almost all countries in the world. If your country is not listed in our Shipping Destination menu, then please feel free to contact us for a quote for Shipping to your Country. We will add your Country to our list with the respective Shipping charge, so you can complete your order. Keep in mind your country may charge extra Taxes on arrival, so please check your regulations for importing.
Currently with the global COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing delays with International Shipping, of up to 28 days – so we have removed Non-Tracked Shipping options.
Delivery time
All New Zealand deliveries are made through Post Haste Couriers and generally take 1-3 working days. All orders must be signed for upon delivery therefore we cannot ship to a Post Office box.
Rural Deliveries may take an extra 1 – 3 working days depending on location.
Shipping to Australia is normally 3 – 6 days. However, with the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays of up to 28 days.
International destinations, beyond Australia is normally 5-15 days. However, with the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays of up to 28 days.
Insurance
Fifth Avenue Menswear insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot leave goods at your door, or leave them unsigned for – please contact us with alternative address, if the goods cannot be signed for at your delivery address.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. We aim to have your order to you within 7 days.
