Return an item

You may return purchased items to us within 28 days of purchase for a Refund or Exchange, providing they have not been worn and still retain their original tags, labels and packaging (like shoe boxes for example). This does not include the cost of shipping. However, exchanges will be shipped to you for Free. Please note: We cannot offer an exchange or refund if the product labels have been removed. Remember, the items remain your responsibility until we have received and signed for them. Please use the following form to lodge a return.

  • Please enter the Invoice Number found in the box at the top-right of the invoice
  • This will be found just under the invoice number
    DD slash MM slash YYYY
  • So that we can contact you
  • This is found next to the product description in the main body of the invoice.
  • Please enter the reason you are wanting to return the item.
